How does the direct debit (LSV/DD) work ?

As soon as the direct debit is registered on the laundry account, our system will automatically activate the recharge of your laundry account as soon as it reaches 15.- CHF. The standard recharge amount is 30.- CHF. These amounts can be customized.

I need to recharge my badge, how do I do that ?

I am moving and no longer need my badge, what should I do ?

If you have a physical badge, simply return it to us by mail along with your personal information and bank details.

If you have electronic access, you can request a refund through the app by providing your personal information as well as your bank details.

Once we receive your complete request, our accounting department will close your account within 3 to 4 weeks.

I am moving and my new address also has a Keycom system, what should I do?

You can keep your current IDM and provide us with your new address via email, phone, or mail. We will proceed with the transfer of your account to the indicated date. Your balance will also be transferred, and new QR invoices will be sent to you via email or postal mail.

My laundry is in the machine and it's no longer my scheduled time, what should I do ?

To gain access, simply insert your IDM into the KeyCom terminal, without performing any other actions or selections. Once done, you will have 30 seconds to approach the machine and press the door opening button.

What is the laundry rate ?

The washing and drying prices are set by the laundry management company. Our system calculates the price of a wash or dry based on the consumption time (electricity, water, wastewater, machine maintenance, etc.). This time can vary for the same program depending on the amount of laundry in the machine or the amount of laundry detergent used (different number of rinses required).
