Should a problem arise with our system, just phone our HOTLINE – your call will be registered and you will receive a ticket number. Your inquiry will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a qualified specialist to help solve your problem.

Reloading your key

You have three possibilities for reloading your key:

  1. Bank Direct Debit
    Send to your bank your completed and signed direct debit form. As soon as your balance reaches CHF 15.00, our system will book CHF 30.00 from your bank account and your key will be automatically reloaded up to that amount.
  2. Postal DD
    (Direct Debit from your postal account) Send us a completed and signed DD form. As soon as your balance reaches CHF 15.00, our system will book CHF 30.00 from your postal account and your key will be automatically reloaded up to that amount.
  3. ESR
    Together with the key, you have received some ESR that can be used to reload the key. Simply use the ESR to make a deposit of the amount you want, and your key will then be automatically reloaded within two to five days. Please note that paying by means of a payment slip at the post office counter entails fees. Since January 2018, for each such payment CHF 2. — for which Post costs are debited to your account.

If you need new ESR slips, just phone our HOTLINE +41 (0) 844 844 012. You will receive a new set by mail.

Laundry charges

Prices for washing and drying are set by the superintendent in charge of the laundry room. Our system calculates the price for a washing or drying cycle based on electricity used, which can vary based on the size of the load, the program selected or the choice of detergent (which can influence the number of rinse cycles needed).

Replacing lost keys

If you lose your key, please phone our HOTLINE +41 (0) 844 844 012, your old key will be blocked and you will receive a new one in the mail. Your account will be charged for the replacement (CHF 5.00 for blocking the old key and CHF 20.00 for the new key).

Returning your key

Your key is personal and not transferable. To cancel your membership in the KeyCom system, send us the key by registered mail and include your bank or postal account information so that we can return the deposit and unused balance.
